More than 20 years ago Academician Vladimir Nesterov has created the Theory of quantum-correlation information interaction, which found its application in creation of NLS-diagnostic devices, in particular, hardware-software system “Metatron” that is successfully used by therapists around the world as screening diagnostic bioresonance equipment.
